About Us, Our Ranch and Our Danes

We've been married since 1994 and living the ranch lifestyle for nearly three decades. Over the years, we've raised animals of all shapes and sizes—livestock and pets alike. Then came Jett, our first Great Dane... and the rest is history. This website showcases our beloved Great Danes and, from time to time, a glimpse into life on our 40-acre ranch.

Our current count of Danes is 10 + 4 Dane mixes.  Yes that's right FOURTEEN! You could say we have been bitten by the Great Dane bug.

ABBY we purchased only a few years ago as a 3 year old. We loved her "beefy" build and the fact that she was SOLID BLACK. She gave us one litter by Levi. She had 17 total pups, of which only 4 were born alive, due to an infection. She's now spayed and living her best life at The Ranch. She was born 8/22/2019.

ALLI was born at The Ranch. Her mom was Kyra and dad Talan. She's color pure and carries the Breah bloodline. Stay tuned for puppies out of her. Her registered name is "See You Later Alligator" because she likes to put her mouth on everything. She was born 11/2/2021. 

LEVI is harlequin and one of our puppies out of Athena and Simba, he was littermates to River and Maia. He was returned back to us February 2024. He was fully trained by his previous owner and honestly doesn't have any bad habits except getting into the trash. He's a very loving and sweet natured boy. We decided to use him as a stud and he's fit into that role very nicely. He was born 2/18/2022.

MAIA is black with white markings. She is granddaughter of our very first dane "Jett" who lived to be 14 years old! Maia is littermate to both Levi and River. She's Connie's sidekick in the golfcart and also truck. She is often spotted around town with her head sticking out of the truck sunroof! It's quite a site for sure. Her birthday is 2/18/2022

PORSCHE is color pure brindle and ReeCee's half-sister. They have the same mom who has Grand Champion bloodline. You can sure tell it when she's prancing around or striking a beautiful pose, which is where she got her name. She's a little bossy at times when her tiara gets a little crooked! She was born 12/20/2021.

REECEE is a color pure brindle with Grand Champion bloodlines on her dams side and Champion bloodlines on her sires side.  She likes it when things are calm around The Ranch and she LOVES Tim so much! She was born on Connie's birthday 8/13/2020.

RIVER is our only merle, and her journey back to us has been one of healing and heart. Returned in December 2022, she arrived with a guarded spirit-angry, distant and unsure. But with patience and love, she slowly let down her walls and formed a deep bond with Connie. We originally planned to re-home her, but the trust she offered was so profound, we knew she was meant to stay. River is Levi and Maia's littermate, born 2/18/2022

THOR is our color pure fawn. We are raising him in hopes to make a good stud in the future. He comes from Champion bloodlines. He has a very friendly, sweet and calm personality. After 2 years of searching, we finally found him when referred to his breeder in Maryland. Watch as he matures into a stunning adult. He was born 4/12/2025.
